- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- How does the free trial work?
- The Free package includes one active rota with no card required. Paid packages (Starter, Growth, and White Label) include a 14-day free trial before billing starts.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, and also support Polar for subscription payments.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
- How do I add team members?
- You can add team members from your dashboard by going to the Team section. Enter their email addresses and they will receive an invitation to join your organization.
- Can I export my schedules?
- Yes. All packages include export functionality. Growth and White Label packages include API access for custom integrations.
- Is my data secure?
- Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, with secure hosting and regular backups.
- Do you offer custom plans for large organizations?
- Yes. The White Label package supports brand name, logo, colors, branded subdomain, and branded communications. External custom domains and custom mobile apps are out of scope in the current package.
- Can I integrate ShareRota with other tools?
- Growth and White Label packages include API access for custom integrations. Calendar export workflows are also supported.
- What kind of support do you provide?
- All packages include support. Starter includes standard email support, Growth includes priority support, and White Label includes dedicated onboarding support.
